Basic Support

$30.00 Base 1st Hour / $25.00 per hour fee additional

A comprehensive service where I will remote into your computer. Perform Diagnostics, fix application issues, driver issues, help you perform a data backup, or help instruct you on basic application setup and use. This includes applications such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other applications. If you aren’t sure, let’s discuss and find a solution.

Advanced Support

$99.00 Base 1st Hour / $30.00 per hour additional fee

When things go bad, Data Transfer, Data Restoration, Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, Virus and Malware removal. This also includes when I need to go hand’s-on where you bring the device to me so I can perform repairs / replace parts.

*Replacement Part Costs will be added.

All you have to do is give me a call a day or so before your appointment. I can help you navigate the complexities of your healthcare’s website or web app. I’ll help you login, I’ll help you figure out where to go on the website or app. I want you to have the peace of mind that you’ll know where to go to get to those ever important appointments.
