Perform Diagnostics, fix application issues, driver issues, help you perform a data backup, or help instruct you on basic application setup and use. This includes applications such as Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other applications. If you aren’t sure, let’s discuss and find a solution.
Advanced Support
$99.00 Base 1st Hour / $30.00 per hour additional fee
When things go bad, Data Transfer, Data Restoration, Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, Virus and Malware removal. This also includes when I need to go hand’s-on where you bring the device to me so I can perform repairs / replace parts.
